Description

Propertites White powder. The density is 1.***1.*2.it is soluble in Chloroform, Benzene, and Alcohol.and insoluble in water, gasoline, and acid/alkali with lower concentration. Applications    Provides fast cure speed and high modulus development in NR, SBR, BR and blends, Normally used Alone or with small quantities of ultra accelator in tire compounds or industrial rubber products. Low poison and high efficiency. Can be used to effectively replace DM/DPG system. It may give equal modulus to CBS or NOBS when used at a *0% lower level. It is regarded as standard accelerator. Recommend Usage     In NR based compounds,loadings of TBBS usually range from 0.5 to 1.5 phr,with the higher levels being associated with reduced levels of sulfur. In synthetic rubbers,dosages of TBBS are usually higher than those in NR,and for SBR usually lie between 1.0 to 2.5 phr with sulfur levels in the range of 2 to 1 phr respectively.
Increasing the TBBS level whilst reducing the sulfur loading in creases the cure efficiency, resulting in improved scorch resistance,faster cure rate,and improved reversion and aging resistance.
