Description

Sintered Laminates

The sintered laminates consisting of layers of woven wire meshes in different mesh counts and diameters, permanently attached by sintering. They have higher strength than stainless steel fiber felt and higher permeability than P/M products. They are high temperature resistant, weldable, reusable and with an even aperture distribution used as filter media under high differential pressure and temperature in a longer service time.

The metallic fiber felt is produced through non-woven lapping, laminating and high temperature sintering technique. The multi-layer metallic fiber felt which has pore diameter grades formed by layers of different pore size can achieve higher filtering accuracy and larger dirty collection capacity than single-layer felt. It's not only resistant to corrosion and high temperature, but also can be welded, folded and reused, and is suitable for the application in a high temperature, differential pressure and corrosion conditions with an ideal filtering efficiency.
