Description
Willbond AS**5is a high
performance acrylic based industrial grade joint sealant.
Willbond AS**5is designed for
caulking joints around doors, windows, bath tubs and water sinks.
It is also used where a weather tight seal is required.
Willbond AS**5 has an excellent resistance to water,
weathering and moisture vapor. It also forms a seal against air
leakage. It is non-toxic and can be cleaned up with a damp rag.

Application
All surfaces should be
clean and free of dirt, dust, debris and any oils and grease prior
to application. Clean with solvent or cleaning alcohol if needed.
Wipe after with clean damp rag.
Cut nozzle of cartridge
at *5oangle Gun
cartridge to extrude. Willbond AS**5 along the joint line of the
male end of the coupling before slipping the duct over it. Apply
Willbond AS**5 along the required joint and tool off in one
continuous stroke and fastened.
Clean up any spills or
excess material with a damp rag with damp rag. Clean off tools
while material is still in wet state.
Packaging
Willbond AS**5 is packaged in **0ml HDPE plastic
cartridges for use with any standard caulking gun. There are *4
cartridges /carton.
Storage
Best stowed between
4oC – *6
oC. Willbond
AS**5 has a shelf life of *2 months from date of
manufacture.
