1. Introducing:
This Machine Designed based on the features and product’s require
of Metalized Film Capacitors and Safety Capacitors with High
Frequency Sorting and Testing function. This Machine build up with
fully Mechanical construction and fully Cam Power Transmission for
get a long service-time.
Main feature of this machine is:
Capacitors will be snatched by Parallelism with the Equipment’s
Snatch System. Testing equipment will directly contact the Leader
Wire of Capacitor for Charging and Testing.
This Machine got a Date Collection
System after testing of capacitors, it’s can be used for analyze
and compare theDissipation
(TAN)for the same capacitor
in different frequency. This system can be used for improve the
quality of your products.
This machine will be used for
testing and sorting the capacitors with different parameters
accurately, and sorting it out according to the testing result
automatically. This machine got high speed for

2. Processing
Guide:
Capacitors
will be transfer from Automatic Feeder Bowl to the Machine’s Snatch
System by Conveyor Belt. Capacitor’s Leader Wire will be straighten
in the transfer from Horizontal and Vertical then go to for
*0KHZDissipation ( TAN)
Testing before Charging. Following it will be DV/DT testing with
High Frequency by couple of stations. After that Capacitors will go
to next process for Fo (Arc) Testing, after couples of station’s
charge and discharge products go to AC/TV testing, following it
will be DC/TV Testing, after these processing rejects will be
sorted out automatically into box. Eligible products will go
to next testing for IR (Insulation Resistance) Testing and the
rejects will be sorted out automatically.
After that
the Eligible products will go to Capacity(△C) and Dissipation(TAN)
Testing by **0HKZ and 1KHZ. After it the products will be sorted
out for rejects and eligible automatically.
At same time the
computer system will get record for Capacity and Dissipation in
different Frequency, save as an illustration easy for operator to
get these information.
