DRF***1F*7 is a type of low cost RF front-end transceiver
module based on SI***1 from Silicon labs. It keeps all the
advantages of RFIC SI***1 but simplifies the circuit design. The
high sensitivity (***2dBm) and *7dBm output power make the module
suitable for long range applications. DRF***1F*7 module consists of
RFIC Si***1, thin SMD crystal, LDO and PA circuit. The antenna port
is well matched to standard *0 Ohm impedance. Users don't need to
spend time in RF circuit design.
It is fully compatible with DRF***1F*3 and DRF***2F*0 modules.
Users can design products with suitable modules and easily replace
them with other family modules in the future when applications have
different requirements on distance
