Low-e glass was coated with silver and metallic oxide on its
surface to give different colors. The main purpose is to reduce the
U value of the glass.
The single-silver high-VT low-e glass features:
1 Proper visible light transmittance and lower shading coefficient,
being able to somewhat shield the outdoor hard light.
2. Higher solar energy transmittance, solar heat radiation being
able to pass through the glass and enter the room to increase the
heat in winter
3. Higher MID and far infrared ray reflectivity, excellent heat
shielding performance and low U Value. Applicable areas: Cold
northern parts of China, hollow glass can be made to have better
energy saving effect.
