Cellulose Gum is the sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose,is a
cellulose ether derived from wood and/or cotton cellulose.A wide
range of cellulose gum grades with different viscosities,molecular
weights,degress of substitution and particle sizes are available
and product can be customized to meet specific needs and
applications.
CMC is high viscosity clarified
solution hydrocolloid,function as thickening rheology
control,emulsifier,texture building,suspension, improve
adherence,salt resistance and acid resistance,etc.With these
important characteristics,CMC can be used in
Food,Pharma.Cosmetic,toothpaste, oil
drilling,paper-making,textile,ceramic,etc.in many
industries.
