 When steel tapping from revolving furnace, slag-stopping is needed in order to prevent rephosphorization when slag outflowing from converter, reduce metal impurity in liquid steel,improve quality of steeland ferroalloy yield and get special steel smelted.
        Our homogeneous slag-stopping plug can overcome density changeable of double-deck slag-stopping plug or slag cone because of its outer layer stripping in the past. It is floating stable and accurate orientation, better erosion resisting andgood slag-stopping effectwhen it is in the steel furnace. furthermore,this slag-stopping ball has grooves with character-meter distribution. Even though, when slag-stopping plug completely ward off tap hole, and steel liquid can still run off from groove. Thus steel tapping is still more thorough.
