Ultrathin White Paste—HCG**2/ Ultrathin Clear Paste-HCG**0
This paste is mainly used to produce a super thin and soft hand
feel of the print on general fabrics like cotton, T/C and blends.
It creates a print similar to those produced by discharge paste. It
is environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC,
phthalate and heavy metals.
Chemical Nature: Acrylic Copolymeric Compound, etc.
Appearance: white HCG**2; milky HCG**0
PH value: 5.**7.5
Features: super soft hand touch, easier handling, good hiding
power, excellent washing fastness.
Formula:
For white: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%
For medium color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%
For high color intensity: HCG**2 *0%**0%, HCG**0 *0%**0%
Pigment emulsion no more than *0 %.
Printing process: textile printing→air dry for ****4 hous→2.5 hours
washing fastness at *0℃ after being fully dry.
Packing: *5kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG**2; *0kgs/HDPE barrel for
HCG**0.
Attention: 1.5%*3% special catalyst to be used for better washing
fastness.
