Sb**5 Grade *9.**9. The content of Antomony is above *9.**9%. The
total content of AG, As, Au, Bi, CD, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb, S
& Zn is bellow *0 ppm;
Uitra Purity Antimony:
Sb**6 Grade *9.***9. The content of Antomony is above *9.***9%. The
total content of AG, As, Au, Bi, CD, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb &
Zn is bellow 1 ppm;
Uitra High Purity Antimony:
Sb**7 Grade *9.****9. The content of Antomony is above *9.****9%.
The total content of AG, Au, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ni, Pb & Zn is bellow
0.1 ppm;

Virgulate, Ingot, Powder.
3, Usage:
It is mainly used in the manufacture of III-V compound
semiconductor, such as InSb, Bi2Sb, GaSb etc. High purity alloy,
the material of electronic refrigerating element and as a dopant of
Germanium & Silicon single crystal.
4, Packing:
It is packed with dacron film, then covered with a sealed plastic
film bag or vacuum sealed in a glass ampule.
