Description

Working principle:

Coal briquette machine feed the ratio and retting powdered coal mixture into a nitrogen treated barrel by the principle of extrusion, compress into section for round or plum flower form, or other shape, which is a kind of coal rods molding equipment with high mechanical strength.

Technical features:

Incoming spiral with big guide process and fast feed, promoting spiral with small guide process, save power.

Shaft block and cylinder use rigid connection, the concentricity is high and resistant anti-thrust ensure the machine runs smoothly.

The part need to seal use fault structure, where is dirt oil missed from.

Hydraulic coupler drive, operate smoothly, small nose, meanwhile with the function of overload protection.

As customers' requests they can choose card ring structure and bolt structure between head and cylinder connection.
