Description
Description
Xylanase is derived from a controlled
fermentation of a strain of Trichoderma.reesei. It is an
endo*1, *-beta-xylanase and can degrade the xylan in cell walls
into xylooligosaccharide by destroying the hydrogen bone and
covalent bond between xylan moleculars to release the nutrition
from the cells.
