Description

 TC series high and low temperature shock test chamber, which is divided into 
two-room dynamic shock and one-room dynamic shock according to the 
particularity of use of test samples, can be used in both high and low 
temperature shock test and high temperature or low temperature shock test 
respectively. It can be widely used in adaptability test in aviation, aerospace, 
military, electronics and IT industries for the adaptability test to simulate 
samples under a condition of rapidly changing atmospheric temperature, 
reliability test and product screening for security test on electronic components,
and through this test at the same time, the quality control of product can 
also be conducted.  
Main Features: 
1. Two-room type: The structure is compact, and size 
small. Its high and low temperature conversion is realized 
through pneumatic control, with short conversion time, short
recovery time, and rapid change rate.  
2. One-room type: Test samples are always in a static 
state. Its temperature conversion is realized through 
pneumatic system opening (closing) different throttles for 
the convenience of online test so as to reduce mechanical 
shock on test samples.   
3.It is consist of high temperature room, low temperature
room, one cradle which can be moved between two rooms, 
refrigeration unit, heating unit and control unit.  
4.The sample can be entered into precooled low temperature 
room or pre-heated high temperature room through cradle 
which can be moved left and right. In this way, the temperature
can be changed rapidly to realize thermal shock.    5.This chamber can be used as thermal shock chamber and 
high temperature chamber or low temperature chamber 
separately.

Technical advantages: 1.Intellectualized function:    The central controller of test chamber can intelligently recognize the conditions 
of test samples inside (e.g. heat capacity, heating, etc.) and environmental 
conditions, and automatically control heating on-and-off, humidification, 
 and cooling  output.
2. Energy Efficient:we use static equilibrium technology, that is "no heating in
 process of refrigeration and no refrigeration in process of heating", that is only
 a small amout of refrigeration output can maintain the balance between refrigeration
 and cold loss in the test chamber, and temperature stability can be maintained 
well without the need of heating, so that the equipment is always running at a
 relatively low-power state.
3. Environmental friendly As the company adopts the new technology of 
refrigeration energy regulation,temperature balance can be maintained 
without the need of heating so as to reduce heat effect of  the compressor 
and condenser during the constant low-temperature test.
