Features:
*- The die head can rotate **0º to both the left and right direction and strengthen the intensity and evenness of the produced film.
*- The screw and the hopper are made of alloy steel *8CRMOALA, being precisely treated with nitrogen, they has high hardness and good corrosion resistance so that they can stand longer service term.
*- The hard-chrome-plated die head, applying a kind of spiral core structure, can stably extrude out smooth and clean films from the melted materials.
*- The air cooling part looks like a labyrinth but can blow homogeneously. It is cooled by the recycling water.
*- Equipped with a torque motor and the centre pressure friction rewinding design, the rewinder stably collect the produced film tidy and easy for switching new rolls.
