Split-type transmission mechanism

lThe spindle worm gear inside of gear oil box meshes with the copper alloy worm gear to keep the noise down and extend the machine’s life.

Safety device of punches & dies

lThe turret with hard chrome plated surface treatment.

lEach punch aperture has the same diameter size; it is applicable to round type and special tablet formingpunches.

lUpper punches install an oil-proof loop and lower die installs an oil seal to prevent the tablets from the oil sludgepollution.

lUpper punches equip with safety device to stop machine automatically when it is stuck; lower punch hasprotective cover with a safety sensor when changing the punches.

Track device

lAll tracks, which connect with upper and lower punches, are made of special steel.
