FUNCTIONS

Double-pressing system

lDouble pressing wheels: has two sets; totally eight pieces of pre-pressing wheels and main-pressing wheels; it is

applicable to special powders for producing pastilles.

Split-type transmission mechanism

lTableting area separates from rotary gear (it is a split-type); spindle drives the turret directly that can reduce the

noise.

lThe spindle worm gear inside of gear oil box meshes with the copper alloy worm gear to keep the noise down and

extend the machine’s life.

Safety device of punches & dies

lThe turret with hard chrome plated surface treatment.

lEach punch aperture has the same diameter size; it is applicable to round type and special tablet forming

punches.

lUpper punches install an oil-proof loop and lower die installs an oil seal to prevent the tablets from the oil sludge

pollution.

lUpper punches equip with safety device to stop machine automatically when it is stuck; lower punch has

protective cover with a safety sensor when changing the punches.

Track device

lAll tracks, which connect with upper and lower punches, are made of special steel.

lInstallation of the auto oil filling device that the lower track can fill oil and lubricate automatically for the smooth

work of lower punches.

Feeding design

lWith a large hopper and new three-phase-split type input design for easy assembly and disassembly.

lCan use an optional forced feeding device which is driven by variable speed motor for easy assembly and

disassembly.
