Description:

HY-528 manual mold silicone rubber is flowing liquid with consistant quality in whatever color. The HY-528 manual mold silicone is mainly used for manual molds, such as cement moulding design, normally for small number of duplication. This model numer of HY528 is also a RTV 2 silicone, that is, it is composed of two parts. These two parts can start chemical reaction even at the condition of room temperature.

Applications:

The HY528 condensation cure rtv is mainly applicable to model mold making for cement, melting point alloy molds, alloy toy craftworks, plastic toy craftworks, gifts and stationery,duplication of cultural relics, etc.

Operation Instruction for the mold making compound is as following:

You should firstly polish and clean your mother model with some tools.Prepare appropriate volume of base silicone(A), then mix base silicone and catalyst(B) fully(the catalyst accounts for 2% to 3% of the total weight ). Then pour the mixture into mold frame of brush several layers(usually 3 to 4 layers, sometimes, a hard outer shell is required to maitain the shape of the soft mold) onto the surface of mother model. 3 or 4 hours later, a perfect mold will be cured. 24 hours later, the mold can be taken into production for your purpose.
