Dead- or Defective-on-Arrival, is defined as a product completely fails to function or exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship, and this is verified by us.

Any brand new item returned for replacement must be returned in absolute brand new condition as it was received with absolutely no scratches, scuffs, dents, or spots where paint has rubbed off.

Once we have received the goods back at Hasee we will test the product for the fault. If the fault is verified we will either:

1. Try to repair the item.
2. If we are unable to repair we will replace with the same item.

If the goods you have returned are not found faulty by out trained technicians the goods will be returned to you at your cost.

Please understand we ship laptops brand new with all stickers in tact in original manufacturer packaging and if they are returned in deteriorated condition, then we cannot authorize a return for replacement without assessing a restocking fee. If this policy concerns you, then please take extra care in handling the laptop and do not throw away anything, take off anything used for protection nor allow any rough services to make contact with the item.

Please Note: If they are returned in deteriorated condition, we’ll have to charge *0% for restocking fee because we have to sell it as a used item.
