Description

1. Material: Wear-resisting, heat-resisting and corrosion-resisting alloy steel. ZG*0Cr*5Ni*0Si2, 1Cr*8Ni9; ZGCr*5Ni*5Nb; ZGCr*8Ni*8W5 or at customers request. (HK*0, HT, HU, HH, *2H, **4, **6, Super *2H, HP-Nb, More1, More2, 1.***8, 1.***5, 1.***2, 2.***9) 

2. Process: Rolls are made by centrifugal casting and will be machined subsequently. Cones will be made by static casting. Shafts will be forged, welded and machined according to relevant drawings. 

3. Specification: OD*6*OD***0mm or according to drawing and requirement. 

4. Other products: Deflector/steering rolls -OD**0 mm, Deflector rolls OD***0 mm, Entry seal rolls OD**0 mm, Guide rolls furnace OD**0 mm, OD**0 mm; Bridle roll-OD**0mm 

5. Application: Annealing furnace, heating furnace, Hot DIP galvanizing line, etc. 

6. Standard: ASME, DIN, GB or according to drawing and requirement 

7. Precision machining: Lathes, milling machines, drill presses, Boring machines, CNC grinding machines, etc
