Steel wire mesh frame sandwich panel is called as GJ panel
according to Chinese State Standard. It is a compound wall building
material which adopts *-dimension spatial steel wire mesh frame as
the framework, anti-flaming polystyrene (EPS) foam panel or rock
wool panel as heat protective core layer. External layer of the
compound wall building material is coated with slush.
The production line is composed of XC**0 slant inserting spot
welder, PW **4 plane mesh welder and the associated equipment such
as the steel wire rolling machine, manual re-welding machine, air
compressor and purification plant etc. The production line adopts
the microprocessor to control automatic wire feeding, welding and
cutting etc. for complete procedure in production. Production
capability per year can reach **0,**0~**0,**0 m2. Modular design is
adopted for each control unit. Multi-item self-test functions are
provided. The equipment has good maintainability, stability and
reliability.
