Model LCDM base pressure long bag pulse bag type dust remover/collector

1 Adopting long bag(bag length **8m)technology, reduce cover area, increase land utilization rate, low down steel consumption of dust collector noumenon at the meantime；

2Adopting blowing device of high efficiency and low consumption, achieving blowing technology of low pressure and short pulse, low down energy consumption of dust removing;

3The dust remover shell is unit combined structure, which can be divided into single row and two row types, it can select model according to different air flow and site.

4Adopting locellus stopping wind, off-line type pulse blow&clean ash method, no ash twice adsorption, good filter bag regeneration performance;

5It is with on-line overhaul function, can overhaul the single dust chamber under the condition of not stopping dust remover operation. 

6  The dust remover sets with flow equalization device and filter bag protection device, ensures the uniformity of the filter bag service life. 

7 According to the requirements, the dust remover noumenon can set over-temperature bypass protection system, the flue gas temperature excesses filter bag max bearing temperature, the bypass system can open automatically, and the filter bag is protected.

8 Adopting PIC to control ash cleaning system, achieving automatically cleaning ashes at fixed time or fixed resistance.
