we provide precision machined aluminum rollers (driven roller or idlers) for wide industrial printing machine, textile machinery, packaging machine and any other conveyor system.

aluminum roller needs to be manufactured via the process of high-speed cut (on a lathe), welding (between shaft end and roller body), grinding & polishing and well anodizing coated ( **0HV for hard anodizing, and ******0HV for usual anodizing). Of cause dynamic balancing is also necessary if aluminum roller works in high speed.

Max. size for custom size roller: 6,**0mm in the length and **0mm in the diameter.
