Description
Chengchao Iron was launched in September, ***8. In November, ***9,
the project was completed and put into production with its designed
annual capacity being 1.5 million tons of iron ore, which has now
been expanded to 3 million tons. Our main product*-the iron
powder*-has been awarded as National Metallurgical Quality Product,
meeting the international advanced standard.
Basic Plans:
Chengchao Iron Ore adopts the full tailings filling process, in
which we choose the full tailings and cement/cement substitutes as
filling materials and set up two tailings warehouses and a cement
silo. The full tailings use natural dewatering, overflow and drain
value to drain water. When filling, it uses compressed air to
produce mud and pipeline to avoid sand. The filling equipment makes
use of two continuous stirring with biaxial mixer and efficient
activation mixer. It drills the hole for filling and is conveyed by
underground gravitational flow.
The whole system is quipped with the control system of TV monitor
(Windows XP operating system, PLC dynamic system, special Wincc
configuration software), which can timely determine the filling
slurry concentration and flow rate. The system adopts
high-precision flowmeter and spiral scale, concentration meter to
provide a global dynamic calculation and management, ensuring the
dynamic high-precision mixture of filling materials.
