Computer controlled operation
sequences of hydrostatic test
machine
The operating
sequences are as follows:
1. Switch on
computer controlled system; put the following technical parameters
into the computer: a) diameter of testing concrete pipe; b) testing
pressure; c) testing time etc.
2. When the pipe is lifted onto the supporting table,
the pushing oil cylinder will go up or down through oil cylinder
for lifting manually in order to be at the center of the pipe. Then
computer will start the second working procedure (the solenoid
valve of pushing oil cylinder will be switched on), the testing
plate will be pushed forward to seal off the two ends of the
concrete pipe.
3. The computer will start the third working procedure;
switch on the solenoid valve of water filling, start water filling
pump to fill water inside the concrete pipe. When air evacuation
valve has effluent water, the pipe has been filled water fully.
Then, water filling pump, solenoid valves for both water filling
and air evacuation will be switched off
automatically.
4. The computer will start the fourth working
procedure; switch on solenoid valve of pressure testing, start the
pressure pump to increase pressure; when the pressure has been
raised to the testing pressure rating, pressure pump and solenoid
valve of pressure testing is to be switched off automatically.
After keeping concrete pipe under the pressure for some minutes and
if there is zero pressure leakage occurred, the test is passed;
then green light will be illuminated; and if the test is failed,
the red light will be illuminated. Then a test report will be
printed automatically.

The computer will start the fifth
working procedure; the water will be drained to the tank
automatically; then the testing plate will be moved backward automatically, then the supports of
supporting table will move to right direction to let the pipe off
the fixed testing plate; after that, the supporting table will move
out of the test machine to complete this hydrostatic
test.
