Description

Zinc Oxide Tape is one of the most popular sports strapping, it\'s a cohesive, non-stretch cotton tape with  zinc oxide adhesive that conforms to the area you are taping. It is used to prevent sporting injuries, as well as basic support in areas such as the ankle, wrist, knee or shoulder. When zinc oxide tape is wrapped correctly, it can be used as a form of protection around the damaged area because it restricts the motion of the injured joint. The reason it\'s used for both medical and sporting is that it remains intact when worn for a long period of time, tolerates moisture, even in humid weather.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Keep the skin clean and dry, tear off a piece of tape that will fully cover the area.

2. Stick smoothly and steadily, pulling from center to side is to avoid the tension which will injure the body.

3. After sticking the tape over the wound rub lightly on the area around the wound but where tape is present to allow the adhesive to stick.

4. For secure and reliable fixation of dressing, spread the tape over entire dressing with more than 2 centimeters of taps sticking to the skin.
