Features:
1.Stay sharper longer: Hander and shaper than steel; material is the second hardest material ranked after diamond
2.Rust resistant:  There is not metal, so it is resistant to acids, germs, oil, and will never rust; fruits and vegetables do not turn brown while being cut

Warm Tips:
1. Ceramic knife being used on antimicrobial cutting boards is better, but it   should avoid being used on the stone boards.
