Construction：



The flame-resistant conveyor belt with solid carcass is made of solid belt carcass through impregnation and plasticization with PVC impregnating paste or vulcanization.



Features:



It has the features of high strength, large conveying capacity, balanced conveying etc., meanwhile, this product has good resistance to flame static electricity, impact, abrasion, corrosion etc.



Application:



It is mainly suitable for conveyance in downholes in mines, it can also be used for material conveying in metallurgical, chemical sectors.



Classification:



The flame-resistant conveyor belt with solid carcass can be divided into PVC and PVG type. PVC type has PVC cover rubber for both top and bottom rubber cover with one-side cover thickness ≥0.8mm; PVG type has nitrile rubber for both top and bottom rubber cover and is used concurrently with PVC, the one-side thickness is 1.5~4.5mm; the conveying inclination of PVC conveyor belt <*6° and that of PVG conveyor belt <*0°.
