This machine can mold pre-expanded EPS beads into desired shapes
through thermal-forming process using steam. The shape of
foam products will then by fixed using vacuum cooling and
dehydrating techniques.
The block mold size is able to be manufactured in accordance with
users' specific requirements. Therefore, this is combination
automatic machine which can make styropor block products in
different sizes.
This machine has a double system for material feeding, which can
feed material in short time and prevent the corner from being unfed
or unmolded. Laser cutting of vent-hole in SUS-plate inside
chamber, this helps steam to be supplied smoothly.
Elimination of hose in connection of steam/drain line and adherence
system of metal seal achieves the semi-permanent connecting
system.
In order to prevent the machine from being transformed by the
impact in operation, this machine adopts the rail type instead of
tie-rod. Accordingly, this machine is designed and manufactured to
be used and maintained in easy condition.
As an option, length of the block are able to be controlled by
adjustable device.
