ME1526 15Khz Ultrasonic plastic welding machine (Economical type)

Description

Introduction:            

Voltage: power supply adaptability. When the power supplyvoltage fluctuate within the range of ±*0%,
 the amplitude deviation of this machine will not excess 5um due to its unique design in the electrical circuit, which makes more stable weld.  


Operation mode：

Multiple welding modes are available, but the standard machine adopts Time mode. 


Resonate system protection: 

The protection against:

1) Excessive deviation in frequency  
2) Over-current 
3) Over-loaded   
4) Abnormal temperature in the generator

The electrical circuit system can effectively avoid the malfunction 
during the operation, thus having enhanced the welding 

precision and reduced reject rate. 


Mechanical structure:

Round guiding column is adopted in this machine, which
decreased the reject rate of the welding.
