January by arrangement
February by arrangement

3.Quality: 
 Moisture - not more than *2 % 
 Foreign grain- no more than 5 % 
 Impurity - no more than 3 % 
 Charged pests - none

4. Period of delivery: December January ***5.
5. Terms of delivery: FOB Odessa (Incoterms ***0).
6. Acceptable terms of payment: according to the arrangement (partial advance payment, L/C)
The above-mentioned terms are subject to regulation in accordance with the request of the Buyer and signed Contract.
