Solubility :  The product is easily soluble in toluene, ethyl acetate, acetone, chloroform, ethanol and the like, slightly soluble in hexane and petroleum ether. Its solubility in water is very low(*0ug/L)

Mode of Action : Insecticide and acaricide with contact and stomach action. Has limited plant systemic activity, but exhibits translaminar movement.

Use : The product is antibiotics. Its used in producing agricultural pesticide, acaricides. It is extensively used in various crops, forestry and fruit industry, killing plutella xylostella, pieris rapae, cotton bollworm and other Lepidoptera and also obvious effect to prevent Psylla, leaf miner, mite and nematodes. Injection and tablet made form abamectin are indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal nematodes, Hypodermosis, blowfly myiasis, psoroptes communis, Sarcoptessuis and sarcoptesovis. Abamectin is the raw materials medicine of Ivermectin and Emamectin Benzoate.
