Appearance & FormAiredale Chemical Sodium Gluconate is the sodium salt of Gluconic Acid produced by the fermentation of Glucose. It holds a molecular formula of NaC6H*1O7 and is primarily used as a chelating agent. Sodium Gluconate has good sequestering properties; it is stable under extreme conditions of temperature (< *0°C) and alkalinity.
