2. Production procedure:


Step1: Base oil flow into reaction still through pump and flow controller, reaction kettle begins to heat.
 Step 2: Additive flow into ingredients kettle through pump and flow controller, ingredients kettle begin to heating.
 Step 3: The additive (that in the ingredients kettle) injected into reaction kettle, reaction kettle begin to stir.
 Step 4: The final product reaches the filling machine through filter.

3. Factory

 3.1 The machine line workers: 2-3(1shift, 8hours/day)
 3.2 The machine line area (workshop): 1050m² (length: 70m, width: 15m,height: 10m)
 3.3 The base oil tank area (outside in the open air):200m²
