Delivery:
a) Schedule of delivery to be determined by Buyer and
Seller in Contract
b) Goods will be insured to **0% CIF value of
product.
Guarantee:
a) Buyer will transfer agreed upon amount of
deposit within 5 working days of signing the Contract
b) Buyer will issue an Irrevocable,
Confirmed, Fully Operative, Unrestricted, Non-Transferable LC,
payable at Sight against shipping documents. The LC will be opened
within 5 Days of signing the Contract from a first class World
bank.
Payment:
a) Buyer pays an initial deposit upon signing of contract, and
remaining via Letter of Credit against Bill of Lading
documents.
