Application:

XQ**0/*2Y Hydraulic power tong

XQ*40/*2YA open-style hydraulic power tong is applied for making-up and breaking-out  *3/8" ,*3½"drill pipe,  2 7/8"*4½" tubing and 4½"*5½" casing in the oil field workover operations. 



Products features: 

1 The main tong is driven by a high torque hydraulic motor ,rack plunger drives backup tong ,simple transmission ,compact structure. 

2 The main and backup tong equip with the curved roller climbing type gripping device .It performs reliable while working .

3 Tong head setting with the guide device ensure a stable of rotating and long life service .

4 By operating the manual reversing valve can realize the main tong and backup clamping string  or release concurrently .

5 Friction braking device is setting in tong head , it is convenient for adjusting and maintenance 


6 Manual reversing valve matching with reset knob performs more convenient and flexible.

7 Equipped with automatic  retractable security door to ensure the safety while under working .
