Power generation by biomass fuels gasification and its
comprehensive utilization is a rising industry.
Our company specially recruit Mr. Guo Dezhang, expert and patent
owner in this field, to research and design newly type complete set
of equipment of biomass gasification power generation in order to
reduce the fuel cost for the users and improve the efficiency of
energy exchange. According to users needs, safe and reliable
computerized controlling system can be designed. For the ash
residue of the burned materials, it can be used to produce white
carbon black, activated carbon and machine carbon, which can make
comprehensive use of recycling energy and helpful to harmonious
development of human being and nature.
In order to protect the ecological environment of the earth,
recover and utilize the energy from discarded biomass and
effectively reduce the production cost of various rice mills and
timber processing mills, our company has consistently been making
research on the present biomass gasification power generating
equipment and carrying out upgrading work. We have successively
provided complete set of the equipment for rice husk gasification
power generation and technical services for customers at home and
abroad, thus won their good appraisal. We also exported the
equipment to Thailand for three times, and gained good reputation
among customers.
We hereby recommend the biomass fluidized-bed gasifier (or furnace)
and gas purifying equipment with good performance and cheap price.
They can make rice husk, wood chips, and coconut fiber dast, SAW
dust and crop stalks gasified into clean biomass gas fuel. The
gasifier can reliably work with simply automatic operation. After
ignition, *0 minutes later, the biomass gas shall be produced after
purifying/cleaning and cooling treatment, which can be supplied to
the specially manufactured biomass gas internal combustion engine
for electric power generation to meet both for the needs of
customers own use and selling surplus electric powers through
connecting into a power grid. However, customers such as factories
can be still connected with the national power grid for their power
use when the self-generated electric power supply is not enough,
therefore, the quality and reliability of the energy are entirely
the same as that supplied through the power grid.
Power generation by using biomass gas from rice husk, wood chips,
SAW dust and crop stalks, can not only save expenditure in
electricity tariff in the production cost of rice mills and timber
processing mills, but also can bring about benefits by means of
selling surplus electric power to the power grid. As the higher
conversion efficiency of the equipment, by taking rice husk as an
example, every KWh power generation consumes only 1.6~1.8kg of rice
husk. If using wood dust or crop stalks as fuel, the unit
consumption of the fuel will be still lower. Water used for gas
cleaning and cooling can be used in a circulating way after it is
treated through water treatment facilities, such as a sediment pond
without environmental pollution and with need only small amount of
making up water.
Working Theory and Basic Technical Flow:
In the gasification furnace, the discarded biomass materials as the
fuel and air as the agent of gasification, burning is a kind of
fluidized mode under normal pressure. Under the control to the
temperature inner furnace, the fuel carries through
pyrolysis-gasification and at the same time thermal cracking the
gas-phase tar in furnace. After two stages highly efficient cyclone
dust removing, the coarse gas enter the cleaning &cooling
system and after processing of strictly seven stages multimode
cleaning and full cooling, the purified gas shall be filled into
the gas tank by increasing the pressure and be supplied to each set
internal-combustion engine in the mode of stable pressure.
This model has been to shipped to Kenya for the first phase of
1.2MW wood chips project there.
