The mill is used to produce round pipe of Φ*1mm-Φ*6mm with thickness of 1.0mm–4.0mm and corresponding rectangular and square tube from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip.
This mill can be also customized by customer.
Work Flow:
Coil preparation →Coil loading →Uncoiling→Shearing & Welding →Accumulating →Forming →HF Welding→Remove burr outside →Seam polishing →Water Cooling →Sizing &straightening →Flying saw cutting→（Straightening→Chamfering）→Roller conveyor and Packing →Storing
