1 Product features
1.1 large diameter double row self-aligning roller bearings are adopted instead of sliding bearing on common mill. Convenient maintenance and long service life, greatly reducing the friction and making the energy consumption reduced by ****0%. It has high efficiency and can start up easily.               
1.2 A conical structure which reinforces the ball mill is adopted near the discharging end, and it is more important that it makes the steel balls classified naturally. Small diameters of the steel balls which will mill material to be smaller near the discharging opening.
1.3 By adopting an integral steel under-frame and high installation accuracy, it’s easy for you to operate and install with a short cycle.
1.4 By adopting cylinder feeder instead of combined feeder, there is no inertial impact. Thus, the mill runs stably. When the mill is closed down to repair, the time of maintenance will be reduced and the efficiency will be improved.

2.1 While selecting, the customer should specify the rotating direction and discharging way of the ball mill.
2.2 The bearing type can be changed as required by the customer.
