PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer submits ICPO with bank info & name Company.
2. Seller issues FCO to buyer
3. Buyer signs the Fco and sends to the back seller.
4. Buyer provide traveling informations and list of his groups traveling together if any to seller and seller will issue letter of appointment to buyer .
5. Buyer and Seller meeting in Dubai, UAE, to finalize the terms
and sign contract and buyer will provide POF TO SELLERS BANK . (
bank to bank )
6. Upon confirmation of buyers POF Seller issue DTA for buyer to
conduct SGS AND FOR SGS inspections to go on board Vessel or tank
farm within *8 hours to conduct Quantity & Quality inspection
(DIP TEST) on buyer own expenses. (ATB, Dip)
7.upon confirmation and satisfaction and satisfy by sgs for Q&Q
Seller issue commercial invoice and Buyer pay **0% via MT**3. CI
and Pay.
8.Shipment will commence as agreed
