All of our diamonds come with an EGL or GIA internationally recognized certificate which guarantee the quality and workmanship of each and every diamond.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your diamond, you can return it within *4 days for a full money-back guarantee.  The buyer will be responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

Returns

We ship worldwide.

All of our merchandise can be returned within *4 days of receipt for a complete refund. All diamonds returned must be in their original condition with all relevant paperwork, including the original certificate it was sent with.  The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. All returns must be sent via FedEx, UPS,Global Logistics or another carrier that will insure (for the full amount of the sale) and track the package. Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of original goods. Please contact us prior to returning the item
