In warping operation or yarn sizing process after oiling agent is very important to get good weaving efficiency in the weaving looms. The main purpose of BENSIZE KN**0is to improve the smoothness of sized yarn and reduce frictions between yarn and metallic parts in contact. After oil BENSIZE KN**0 is specially researched and developed for Nylon and Polyester filament yarn.  In recent time the increase in use of high speed sizing machines and weaving looms for high density and fine counts fabrics require high quality after size oiling agent such as BENSIZE KN**0.  When the weaving process is carried out at higher speed, the quality of oiling agent becomes a necessity such as water jet looms.
BENSIZE KN**0is a kind of self-emulsifiable oiling agent. It has excellent properties to increase the smoothness of the surface of yarn, reduce frictions & static between yarn and reed, droppers & metallic parts in contact.

  • Reduce size fall out during sizing at splitting rods and weaving process.
  • Imparts softness, smoothness and elasticity.
  • Facilitates better splitting of the warps at yarn separations.
