Description

 DOS/DOS-A is a environmental oil,DOS/DOS-A coated on the surface is a easily removed by water or high temperature, and there is no pollution happened. above all,  as raw materials beverage cans, food packaging, barrels, etc., generally the largest single oil application is *5mg / m2, this oil in a suitable coating quantity is compatible with paint, It does not require pre-treatment. Traditional painted with Board need to go through a lot of treatment processes, such as degreasing, hot water, activated, phosphate, primer, coatings, paint and other craft finally.
        
         Beverage cans have been without these processes, because time-consuming, and chemical hazards caused environmental damage, so now the technology required is simple and straight      forward, oiled band plate can be directly painted. This oil is not only compatible with epoxy paint, along with anti-corrosion, high temperature lubrication, after painting acts as a mild effect stabilizer and a curing agent.
