The Byodo vinegar is made from fine Austrian and Italian table wines. The naturally fermented organic vinegar is a basic product in the kitchen and is distinguished by its fresh and strong taste. It is neither heated nor sulphured.
Cloudiness or deposits do not represent quality or taste impairments, but rather are a sign of the genuineness of the product.

Production:
The Byodo white wine vinegar is produced in the fermentation process submerem (ie vinegar bacteria are submerged in the vinegar before). The white wine is in Acetator (special tank) fermented by acetic acid bacteria and constant oxygen blown into vinegar. Then, the vinegar is filtered and adjusted to an acid content of 6%.
Use:
tangy aroma, lighter fresh vinegar, ideal for delicious summer
salads. Ideal for loading.
