High Chlorinated Polyethylene is a polymer with excellent properties, soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon, ester and glycol etc. It has good intermiscibility with all inorganic and organic pigments. As its well film-forming, weather resistance, ozone resistance, fire resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance so that HCPE could replace epoxy resin, chlorinated rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene and perchlorethylene.
HCPE is mainly used to produce heavy anti-corrosive paint and coating with fire resistance and wear resistance, top grade binder and ink. High chlorinated polyethylene paint is wide range of applications, likeindustrial equipment, pipeline,marine facility, salt industrial, fisheries, electric equipment and container.
 
Other application fields: fire-proofing agent of paper and fiber, binder and fire-resisting modifier of chloroprene rubber and nitrile rubber, ink modifier ofpaper andaluminum foil.
