1． Application,
Features and utility scope
1.1. Type DTⅡ stationary belt conveyor is a general-purpose
serial product, which uses cotton canvas, nylon, polyester canvas
and steel wire belt as transporting parts. As kind of consecutive
transpiration equipment, it can be used for coal industry,
metallurgical industry, mines, harbor, chemical industry, light
industry, petroleum and mechanical industry, to transport various
kinds of loose materials and mass materials.
Belt conveyor has the features, such as high capacity, strong
climbing ability, low operation cost, easy maintenance, as well as
favorable auto-control.

1.3. The environmental temperature is limited between *5℃ and **0℃.
For special working conditions such as high temperature, rigorous
cold, explosion prevention, evasion-proof, anti-acid or alkaline
and water-proof etc, special measures have to be taken.
1.4. Belt conveyor is designed on the basis of parts. Users and
select part and assemble them, in the light of flowsheet,
topography and working conditions. The manufacturer can provide
service is accordance with the general assembly drawing or the list
of parts. The designer will be responsible for the performance of
machine, while the manufacturer responsible for the performance of
parts and their quality.
1.5. Install the conveyor under shelter. Set protective hood for
driving unit in case of open air.

convex, concave and straight transportation.
