Description
Introduction to Casting (Wax Mold) Materials
A highly refined, non deformable, highly stable, and durable UV
curable model resin material suitable for DLP and LCD devices in
the **5um band. It is applied in the dental, jewelry, and
educational casting industries and can be used for printing and
producing extremely precise and complex models. The stability of
the product can last for more than 1 month;
After combustion, there is no residue, ensuring the perfect fit of
the cast product. Casting is carried out using phosphate based
embedding compounds to restore the most accurate surface
structure.
Material characteristics
1. Low to medium viscosity photosensitive resin makes it easier to
quickly level and clean;
2. High hardness, low shrinkage, and strong dimensional
stability;
3. Reflecting fine details, resin has strong covering power;
4. Long storage cycle, long-lasting and stable performance;
