Description
Corn flour popularly call PAP
or Ogi in southern part of Nigeria, Is one of the quickest meal to
produce in Africa. Some called it African tea because you only need
a boiled water to produce it. Normally, it is an extract from dried
corn and left with about *0 - *5% moisture but due to preservation
and mobility, if half processed just like the one in this pack, the
moisture is way reduced without the lost of taste, nutrient (it
required a professional to do it perfectly in this
way).

Preparation: there are
two ways you can prepare it :
1) Is by adding like **0g of
pap in to a 2 litter of water inside a pot and mix thoroughly, the
quantity of pap added depends on how thick you want it to be or how
many people meal you are about making.
Put the mixture on fire and
stir consistently while boiling till it started getting tick. It is
done when it started showing a sign of bubble.
2)Get a pot or a jar, add **0
or **0g of pap with a very small quantity of water to make a paste
with it. Make a paste with the mixtures then boil 2 liters of water
in a separate pot till boiling point. When the water is boiled
add all the boiled water immediately to the pasted pap immediately
without allowing the boiling temperature to reduce because it needs
boiling point to get solidify.
Stir consistency as you add the
boiling water to the paste, then cover the mixture for 5 minutes to
retain the temperature, Oooops! the delicious meal is ready. You
can add milk and sugar to taste to the mixture of both the
formula
