AMA Resources, Inc., (AMA) is an American company established in ***3. AMA performed exploration and detailed testing of ore from the Argentine Neuqun Basin copper mines, and other properties in the provinces of Salta, Jujuy, La Rioja, Rio Negro, San Luis and Mendoza to ascertain the most economic and environmentally safe way to process OXIDE and SULFIDE mineral containing Copper, Vanadium and Cobalt. The focus is on processing metals utilized in ENERGY such as Copper for electric conduction, Cobalt for batteries made with Lithium for stability and Vanadium concentrate in order to manufacture Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries (VRFB)from small to medium deposits with high grade but low volume. AMA’s subsidiary, EQN is dedicated to processing and environmental cleanup of abandoned mining piles, processing of mineral from its **0% wholly owned properties and purchasing of raw ore from local miners. EQN also services Junior Exploration companies ready to abandon projects and wishing to mitigate losses from failed exploration campaigns that left trenching piles causing environmental problems for the property owners. AMA utilizes a different approach from conventional mining practices of using large, cumbersome, expensive static plants by using mobile comminution, and mobile froth flotation plants able to manufacture up to *0TPH of mineral concentrate. Our mining services extend to neighboring countries such as Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Uruguay. From mine extraction to complete processing is now available to the small and medium miners. The main focus presently, is on copper and vanadium processing in the provinces of Neuqun and Rio Negro, and exploration and processing of tailings from Chilean Cobalt mines.
