I represent an oil refinery in the U.S. that can provide you with D2 and JP*4 on a regular basis. Our procedures are pretty simple and some of the terms can be negotiated between the parties. D2 - 1 million MT**0 million MT per month for *2 months or more if needed. Price and Commission will be presented on soft offer if inquired. JP*4 - **- *0 million barrels per month for *2 months or more if needed. Price and Commission will be presented on soft offer if inquired. 1. End Buyer to sign soft offer. 2. Seller sends contract. Then, Buyer then completes contract, sign and initial every page. 3. Buyer to issue BCL/MT**9 in identical language as required. 4. Seller approves BCL language. HPC then verifies BCL. 5. Buyer has *8 hours to issue SBLC/BG. 6. Seller to provide Buyer approximate window for first shipment. Buyer has *2 hours to confirm ability to receive product during delivery window. 7. Seller may arrange independent inspection by either SGS or Caleb Brett confirming quality and quantity. 8. Delivery payment to be wired transferred to HPC. At the time product ownership is transferred to the Buyer by certificate of ownership or bill of sale.
