Consider one of the specialized factories in manufacturing sweets as among its main products chewing gum with its different & characterized types, crispy with chocolate ,peanut with chocolate & puffed rice with chocolate  . concerning its ancient in this domain since ***8 it was as usual a modest start , limited production & limited consumers, and so the factory produced a little number of categories that had a lot of accept & increased requests. Until it became have a distinct position, which came after the active efforts, since its start the factory concentration was on the consumers as they consider the first base stone of any success and development. Therefore the production wheel in the factory depends on specialized technical cadres with high technical level of expertise , characterized efficiency & stand behind them management depends on studied strategies & policies. Profit was not our first target as it was to meet consumer satisfaction, and to achieve their aspiration through offering  high quality products with global specifications that made the factory one of the major factories  of national industry in the domain of manufacturing sweets such as chewing gum with its different & characterized types ,crispy with chocolate ,peanut with chocolate & puffed rice with chocolate .
